Reasonably clean and enchanting place, has lovely views of the lake. The hotel is on an amazing location not far from the centre of the Buzzzz, good bars and restaurants as well as the ferry, and the shore of Lake Garda. Also, it's located 3 km from Cleveleys Front Promenade. The breakfasts are freshly prepared with lots of options.
Their breakfast is cold, can definitely be improved.

What a such wonderful stay, no complains at all. Quirky and immaculately clean venue, good for a longer stay. Great continental breakfast with a fantastic view and outstandingly accommodating staff. Location - great and fantastic, short walk to the Centre of the old town of Desenzano as well as eateries and bars.
